"Amy's yoga practice is a godsend. I had no idea a yoga teacher could be so attuned to her community of students. She uses every element of her impressive knowledge - of physical yoga of course, but also history, philosophy, neurology, nutrition - to design classes around our needs. I have taken group, semi-private, and private lessons with her and loved all of them, but I most appreciate her online classes which somehow have the intimacy of an in person class and which she records so we can revisit them anytime. Thank you Amy! My life is richer because of you."

>>> Choose the Membership Tier That Feels Right for You <<<
This membership is offered through a three-tier pricing model grounded in care, accessibility, and long-term sustainability. Each tier includes the same access to classes and offerings; you choose the tier that reflects what feels honest and supportive for you right now, and, if possible, your capacity to help make the practice accessible to others.
Sangha Membership: $55/month
Sangha means community and this tier is designed to support accessibility and belonging within the community. This tier is for those who need a lower price point in order to participate comfortably and consistently.
If choosing this option allows you to engage in the practice with more openness and less financial strain, it is the right choice.
Sadhana Membership: $67/month
This is the standard rate, which reflects the value of the membership and the current costs of sustaining this work.
Sadhana means spiritual practice—the steady commitment we return to day after day. By choosing this tier, you are directly supporting the ongoing labor required to prepare classes, hold space, maintain platforms, and keep this practice and community thriving.
Seva Membership: $79/month
This tier is for those who are able to contribute at a higher level.
Seva means selfless service. By choosing this membership, your support helps make yoga more accessible to a wider audience, including offering donation-based classes and honoring discounted rates for those who need them. Your generosity helps sustain not only this work, but the wider community it touches.

"Amy’s yoga classes are among the very best. Her warmth, compassion and grounding presence set the tone for class, her significant knowledge and wisdom the basis of her teaching. Her classes are constructed in a way that can suit whatever level you are at, or mindset you bring to class. Her sequences seem designed to spur discovery. After 10 years of class with her I continue to learn and deepen my practice."

Questions You Might Be Asking
Do I receive different content or access at different tiers?
No. All members receive the same classes, resources, and offerings. The tier you choose simply reflects what feels sustainable for you right now.
How do I know which tier to choose?
If you’re unsure, choose the Sadhana Membership ($67/month). It is the standard rate and reflects the true cost of sustaining this work. The Sangha Membership ($55/month) is there to support accessibility when needed, and the Seva Membership ($79/month) is an option for those who feel able to contribute toward the broader community.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. You’re welcome to move between tiers as your circumstances shift. This structure is meant to support real life, not lock you into a fixed identity or financial snapshot.
Is it okay to choose the Sangha Membership even if I’ve been here a long time?
Absolutely. Longevity, care, and belonging are not tied to financial contribution. If the Sangha tier is what allows you to continue practicing, that is more than enough.
Why not just charge one flat rate?
Charging a single flat rate would either limit access for some people or make it difficult to sustain this work over time. A tiered pricing model recognizes that members come to the practice with different financial realities, and it allows me to respond to that honestly. This structure makes it possible to keep the work accessible to those who need a lower rate, while also ensuring that the true costs of offering the practice—time, preparation, infrastructure, and care—are met in a steady and responsible way.
Where does the additional Seva support go?
Seva contributions help offset reduced-rate memberships, support donation-based classes, and allow me to continue offering this work in a grounded, resourced, and sustainable way.
Thank you for being here.
Your presence, in whatever form it takes, matters deeply.
